I was pretty afraid my first time in Detox but I was really happy with Curawest. Everyone was wonderful

I go to your website. Fill in the contact form. Can't answer phone calls due to work. But some dude named Jake texts me this copy paste message. I reply and ask him if they take Tricare. He replies saying they take Triwest. (I have no idea what triwest is) I asked about Tricare. Then asks me if I would be relying on Tricare to pay for the treatment. I say, yes. Then I'm ghosted. For a mental health facility to just ghost potential patients and use a means of communication this poorly is alarming.

Their malignant cruelty is stunning! I tried to tell them I had two distinct and well known threats on my life. He argued with me. Wouldn't listen to a word I had to say then refused to take any of my calls. Guess I'll have to call them hundreds of times a day too.
