Facials come up again and again in the reviews here. Several people also say the aesthetician explains which treatment suits their skin and doesn't push extras. Many praise the front desk too. One reviewer couldn't get a person on the phone and was routed to an automated text line instead.

The company says its physician-supervised team handles injectables, laser treatments and skin care, among other services. Its website names a board-certified dermatologist and an aesthetician, Tiffany Glover, as providers in Enterprise. Reviewers also mention chemical peels, microneedling, dermaplaning and laser hair removal.

The spa describes its approach as a long-term, custom plan rather than a one-off visit. So it helps to know your skin goal before you go. Several reviewers started with a consultation and then booked a facial or a procedure.

The spa is open weekdays from 8:00 am, closing at 5:00 pm Monday through Thursday and at noon on Friday. Weekend visits aren't an option, so a Friday afternoon slot won't happen. Since one reviewer had trouble getting a live answer by phone, online booking may be the easier route.

Enterprise averages 66.5°F, with a mean high of 78.0°F and a mean low of 54.9°F (NOAA normals, 1991 to 2020). The town has 31,211 residents in Coffee County, per the Census Bureau's 2025 count.

Aqua Medical Spa holds a 4.8 rating from 37 Google reviews. One reviewer says treatments were matched to their budget as well as their comfort level. The company's website lists two payment plans, CareCredit and Allē+Cherry, for spreading costs over time.

If you want financing, apply for CareCredit online first. The website says you can check prequalification with no effect on your credit score.
