They did everything they could to help me avoid paying the fees that RAMQ (Quebec Health Insurance Plan) covers for children's exams. They even took the opportunity to let me leave without paying, on the condition that I provide them with the complete information later. The doctors and the receptionist agreed and refused to charge me for something that was covered and, strangely enough, RAMQ doesn't fully reimburse when parents pay and then file a claim.
